You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape content in a way that burdens the site, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Menu, prices, and availability

We work to keep menu descriptions, images, prices, hours, and availability accurate. Items, ingredients, promotions, prices, and operating hours may change. Photographs are illustrative, and a handcrafted drink may vary in appearance.

If the website conflicts with information confirmed at the store or in the ordering service at checkout, the confirmed store or checkout information controls.

Ordering and payment

Online ordering is provided through a linked third-party service. Your order and payment are also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. An order may be declined or cancelled because of availability, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill it.

Applicable taxes and fees are shown by the ordering provider. The Straw website does not store full payment-card numbers or security codes.

Pickup, delivery, and concerns

Pickup instructions and estimated times are provided during ordering. Delivery timing and service may depend on a third-party provider.

If an order is incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory, contact TheStrawCafe@gmail.com or (615) 852-5285 within 24 hours. Refunds, replacements, or store credit are evaluated case by case, subject to applicable law.

Ingredients and allergens

Our products are prepared in an environment where milk, tree nuts, soy, and other allergens may be present. Ingredients and supplier formulations can change, and cross-contact may occur. We do not represent that any product is allergen-free.

Tell our staff about allergies before ordering and ask about the current ingredients in the specific drink. Customers with severe allergies should make purchasing decisions with appropriate medical guidance.

Straw Rewards

Rewards are promotional benefits, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred unless expressly allowed. Current earning rules, tiers, and benefits appear on the Rewards page or in the rewards service.

We may correct account errors, prevent misuse, and change or end rewards rules or benefits. When practical, material program changes will be communicated through the site, the rewards service, or participating store.

Gift cards and promotions

Gift cards are currently available at the register and are subject to any terms printed on or provided with the card. Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, dates, exclusions, or redemption limits. Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

Reviews and social content

If you tag The Straw, use a campaign hashtag, submit a review, or otherwise share content with us, you remain responsible for that content. We may ask for permission before featuring customer-created photos or videos in our marketing.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing, or that violates another person’s privacy.

Intellectual property

The Straw name, logos, artwork, website copy, photographs, videos, and other site content are owned by The Straw or used with permission. You may view the site for personal use, but may not reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

Links to ordering, delivery, maps, reviews, and social platforms are provided for convenience. The Straw does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or separate terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, The Straw disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by site use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update them by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later use.
